As per shastras:

॥ जटाकलाप शोभितं समस्य पाप नाशकं स्वभक्त भीती भन्जनं भजेः रामद्वयम ||

Salutation to Shri Rama, his matted locks shine with glory and he destroys the fears and sins of his devotees.

• Also called "Jai Rudraksha", it gives its wearer victory in legal entanglement, court cases and adversaries.
• Being Blessed by Lord Ram, gives the wearer name, fame, and success.
• 16 Mukhi Rudraksha is also blessed with the Mahamrityunjay form of Lord Shiva, protecting wearer from the untimely death or the fear of it . Wearing 16 mukhi rudraksha is equivalent to a recitation of mahamrityunjaya mantra 1,25,000 a day. It's considered best rudraksha protect the wearer from any form of life-threatening disease.
